Developed programs related to gender inclusivity. Created educational programs related to specific and/or general incidents of alleged discrimination, with a process of inquiry, including, sexual harassment. Structured pro-active training events for faculty and administrators within thirteen academic settings. Monitored the implementation of Affirmative Action for women, with appropriate action to remedy discrimination in policies and practices. Supervised staff and fiscal affairs, with oversight of general administration of the agency. Served on United Nations' non-governmental organizations related to the status of women around the world.
