Dr. Xaivian L. Raymond

Dr. Xaivian L. RaymondDr. Xaivian L. Raymond is a 2005 graduate of Bethune-Cookman University. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. 

Upon graduation, Dr. Raymond received a Master of Science in Business Technology from Florida Institute of Technology in 2009 and then earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in May 2015.

Dr. Raymond celebrates his 10 year anniversary at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Kennedy Space Center, where he currently serves as a business manager and is responsible for administering and monitoring multiple contracts and services that are designed to enhance employee morale and welfare.

Additionally, Dr. Raymond serves as the Executive Officer of Administration at the House of Refuge, Church of God by Faith, and is recognized for exhibiting great leadership characteristics, dedication, enthusiasm, and the ability to multi-task to increase church efficiencies.

With his spare time, he participates in mentoring organizations and activities that supports “at-risk” high school students in his community. Dr. Raymond has spent over eight years serving as an advisor and leadership development coordinator for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Kappa League Program. He recently designed and implemented a leadership development simulation that was used to engage students during the summer and increase their leadership skills.
