Tempestt P. Stubbs is a Senior Physical Education major from Freeport, Bahamas. The statuesque beauty is excited about the opportunity to represent Bethune-Cookman as the University’s crowned jewel.

Tempestt is a determined individual, who always exudes a positive attitude and is well respected and liked by her peers.  Throughout college, she has been able to consistently balance her studies while actively participating in numerous campus organizations.   She served as the Executive Secretary under the 2007 Y.O.U. Administration of the Student Government Association and also held positions and memberships in the Student Advisory Council for Education, National Council of Negro Women, Physical Education and Recreation Club, Caribbean Student Association and the Federation of Bahamian Students. In 2006 she was elected as Miss Homecoming.

Described as a true island girl at heart she enjoys dancing, acting, socializing and bowling.
