Contracts & Agreements
Applications are issued to any student wishing to live on campus. Applications may be obtained from the admissions office for freshman and transfer students; returning students may obtain applications from their respective residential halls. Freshman students are required to live on campus based on space availability. All students granted housing must complete housing contracts, renewable annually. Contracts must be accompanied by a non-refundable $200 room reservation fee.
Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited space account balances must be cleared by July 15 for the fall semester and November 15 for the spring semester to be eligible for residential assignment.
Bethune-Cookman University is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items. All students are encouraged to purchase renters insurance. This insurance will assist in replacing lost and/or stolen items. For additional information, brochures are located in the office of each residence hall.
