Curriculum

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is a 39 credit online master’s program offering both a thesis and a non-thesis (Capstone Paper) tracks. It is interdisciplinary degree program is designed for working adults who want a program that will enhance their leadership skills in the workplace while equipping them with an ethical foundation in civic participation to become an organizational leadership in our global society.
