Rev. Claude D. Ingram
Rev. Claude D. Ingram has served as an instructor in the area of Religion and Philosophy for many years at Bethune Cookman University. He has also served as senior pastor for over 25 years at the Mt. Bethel Institutional Baptist Church in Daytona Beach, Florida (21years), and the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia (4years) respectively.
Dr. Ingram earned a B.A. degree from Claflin University in Orangeburg South Carolina in 1979 with a major in social science and secondary education. After completing his undergraduate studies, he enrolled at the Interdenominational Theological Center / Morehouse School of Religion in Atlanta, Georgia, where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree with honors in the area of Theology and Christian Mission. In pursuit of furthering his educational and professional development, Rev. Ingram earned the Doctorate of Ministry Specialist Certificate from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia in 1996, and received a honorary Doctor of Letters Degree from the United Theological Seminary of Orlando, Fla. in 1991.
Rev. Ingram is a student centered educator who is passionate about the personal, educational, and professional development of the students that he serves.
