John W. Miller Center
Bethune-Cookman University’s Miller Center, established in 1978, is an off-campus instructional site located in Hastings, Florida. The Miller Center provides access to undergraduate academic degree programs and courses through weekend and evening classes designed to meet the needs of non-traditional adult learners primarily in the surrounding tri-county area (Putnam, St. Johns and Flagler County). Students at this site can obtain 100% of the required credit hours for selected degree programs via a combination of face-to-face and online instruction. All of the Miller Center site programs and courses have been approved through on-campus processes and the Board of Trustees, are supported by the main campus, and meet the same quality standards and requirements of the University. The Center also provides assistance with support services such as program advising, registration, financial aid, and library and learning resources.
