Dr. Darryl Frazier, Assistant Professor in the Masters of Organizational Leadership
Dr. Darryl Frazier is an Assistant Professor in the Masters of Organizational Leadership program at B-CU. Dr. Frazier has experience in adult learning, graduate studies, liberal studies, academic systems, admissions, registrar, and academic advisement. He also initiated the creation of a second satellite campus for Bethune Cookman University located in Deltona, FL. His background in education spans over 17+ years of experience as Assistant Professor, Academic Dean, Manager of Academic Systems, Director of Academic Advisement, Registrar, and Director of Admissions. Dr. Frazier has presented at the Black, Brown & College Bound conference in Tampa, Florida, emphasizing the importance of academic advisement and degree plan selection. He completed his Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University (2004), Masters in Public Administration at Florida State University (1996) and Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Florida A&M University (1993). His research focuses on organizational dynamics and institutional change, he continues qualitative research focused on emerging issues in leadership.
