The Office of the Registrar is actively reviewing Fall degree conferral submissions. We appreciate your patience as we complete the review process. Applications can expect to receive an update regarding their conferral status by Monday, November 9, 2026.

The Spring 2027 Commencement dates will be detailed in an Upcoming Announcement.
Graduation Fee
Covers: Diploma, Diploma Cover, Regalia, and Senior Class Gift to the University
- $155 Graduate Students
- $125 Undergraduate Students
Students may pay the graduation fee to the Cashier's Office in-person at White Hall.

Application for Graduation
- Submit your Graduation Application
- Verify that your name appears correctly for your diploma
- Confirm your major, concentration, and catalog year
Academic Approval Process
Includes your degree audit review
- Meet with your Faculty Advisor
- Review your degree audit
- Confirm all degree requirements have been met or are in progress
- Complete any remaining coursework required for graduation
- Resolve any transfer credit, substituion, or academic issues
- Address any outstanding academic concerns
- Obtain signatures from your College Faculty Advisor, Department Chair, and Dean

Frequently Asked Questions
Does applying for graduation mean I am cleared to graduate?
- No. Applying for graduation begins the review process. Final clearance is granted only after all degree requirements have been successfully completed and verified.
Can I participate in commencement if I still have requirements remaining?
- Participation eligibility is determined by university policy and academic review.
When will I know if I am cleared?
- The Office of the Registrar will communicate your conferral status after appropriate reviews have been completed.
When will I receive my diploma?
- Diplomas are issued after degrees are officially conferred and final graduation processing is completed.
