Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
Bethune-Cookman University policy prohibits refunds on tickets except in the case of an event cancellation. If you are unable to attend a Bethune-Cookman University event, you may donate your ticket(s) back to the Box Office, which will allow other patrons to purchase them and enjoy the event. The tickets must have been purchased through the Bethune-Cookman University on campus Box Office and must be returned at least 24 hours prior to the event. If the tickets were purchased over the phone or online via Ticketmaster then you must contact Ticketmaster, 1-800-745-3000.
Lost or misplaced tickets purchased from the on-campus Box Office will be only replaced on a case by case basis. Tickets purchased from the Bethune-Cookman University Box Office for any BCU event may be exchanged for another similar BCU event. Exchanges are available up to 24 hours before the performance, in person only at the on-campus Box Office. If the exchange is for a higher-priced ticket, you are responsible for the difference in cost.
Please note: The box office will not issue refunds for missed or partially missed performances. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to an event’s published start time. If you are granted a refund by the Box Office’s Directors then you only be refunded via card. The Bethune-Cookman University Box Office will not provide any cash refunds under any circumstance.
*Tickets purchased through third-party ticketing sites are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
