Bethune-Cookman University nursing students participate in community outreach as part of the Nursing Program’s emphasis on volunteerism and service learning. Through weekly service activities, students fulfill required community clinical hours while supporting food and clothing distribution efforts across the Daytona Beach area, gaining first hand insight into the needs of the community they serve.
