Welcome to the Facilities Department

The team at the Bethune-Cookman Facilities Department is responsible for professional care and stewardship of the University’s physical facilities. We place a high priority on preventative maintenance – and we also provide support for departments and individuals with maintenance needs as they arise. 

Our work extends to more than 30 buildings and we average more than 200 work orders per month. We handle every request with care and place a premium on customer service.
