To serve as the foremost and official source of institutional information for the University community and relevant decision-makers in their commitment for continuous review, evaluation, and improvement in teaching, research, administrative and operational activities.

Purpose

The office supports enrollment management, assessment, program review, accreditation, and academic planning at the institutional level.  We respond to requests for institutional data from state agencies, federal agencies, and other external organizations. The primary purpose of Institutional Research is to promote institutional effectiveness, productivity,  and efficiency.

What We Do to Build Institutional Capacity

  • Continual improvement of the avenues used to deliver timely, accurate and user-friendly information to both its internal and external stakeholders
  • Research new programs and developments in the field of research
  • Collaborate with both academic and non-academic divisions to create new reports and procedures to assist in the achievement of the University’s mission
