President’s Thanksgiving Message 2023

Dear Bethune-Cookman University Family,

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you. This year, our campus community has shown incredible resilience and strength in the face of adversity.

Thanksgiving is always a time to reflect on the blessings we have and to recognize the efforts and contributions of those around us. To our dedicated faculty and staff, thank you for your unwavering commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service. Your work has a profound impact on the lives of our campus and the broader community.

To our remarkable students, thank you for your enthusiasm, creativity, and adaptability. You are the heart of our university, and your energy and dedication inspire us all.

Thanksgiving is a reminder of the importance of kindness, compassion, and support for one another. This holiday, let us also remember those who face difficulties in this community, our nation and the world.

As we gather with friends, family, and loved ones, I encourage you to reflect on the experiences of this past year and look forward to the future with hope and optimism.

Wishing you a joyful and peaceful Thanksgiving.

Warm regards,

Dr. William Berry
Acting President
