High School Transcript 

Your counselor can submit your transcript on your behalf via one of the following methods. Pictures and or screenshots of transcripts will not be accepted. PDF preferred. We strongly recommend utilizing a digital method for faster submission, if your school participates.

If an electronic submission is not possible, then your school can mail the transcript to our office at the address below:

Official ACT/SAT Test Scores (Not Required) 

Please note, B-CU is test optional for admissions. If you have your scores, however, feel free to submit them.

Special Note:

Dual Credit Students

If you are a high school student that has taken, or is currently enrolled in college courses, you must submit your final, official college transcript upon graduation from high school. The transcript must be sent from the Registrar’s Office of the college or university you are attending.

Transfer Students

If you have earned 27 or fewer credit hours, you must submit your final official high school transcript, including graduation date, by one of the following methods mentioned in the “High School Transcript” section. If you have earned 28 or more credit hours, your final official high school transcript is not needed.

Official transcripts are required from each institution attended in order to be evaluated for transfer credit hours. Failure to do so may result in the potential loss of credits at B-CU.

College transcripts

Official college transcripts can be submitted by one of the following methods below. PDF preferred and must include a cumulative GPA. Pictures and or screenshots of transcripts will not be accepted.

Graduate Students 

Graduate students have different requirements than undergraduates that vary by department. Official college transcripts will be required while applying for admission. Transcripts can be submitted by one of the following methods below, if your institution participates.  PDF preferred and must include a cumulative GPA. Pictures and or screenshots of transcripts will not be accepted.
