Office of the Provost

The Office of the Provost provides leadership for all academic units and related offices and oversight of the graduate and undergraduate curriculum development and program assessment efforts. 

The Office of the Provost manages the academic experience for students, implements policies and procedures related to faculty hiring, retention, tenure, promotion, and development and supports student and faculty initiatives that enhance teaching and learning, research and intellectual pursuits.

The Office of the Provost coordinates the annual Commencement Exercises, the Faculty Honors and Awards Program, the Student Honors and Awards Assembly and the Annual Academic Showcase.
