Your Financial Responsibility

The Office of Student Account Services is responsible for ensuring that students have met all financial obligations to the University. This includes:

Registration for classes
Move-in to campus housing
Bookstore authorizations
Clearance for graduation

Students must have a cleared account in order to access these services.

Important Dates To Remember

2026-2027 Financial Clearance & Payment Deadlines	Prior Year Balance Requirements
Fall 2026 Deadline: Official deadline to clear all financial obligations: Monday, July 1, 2026 Spring 2027 Deadline: Official deadline to clear all financial obligations: Friday, December 11, 2026 Summer 2027 Deadline: Official deadline to clear all financial obligations: Monday, May 3, 2026	Outstanding Balances Must Be Paid All students with a prior balance are required to fulfill their financial obligations before graduating. Graduation Clearance A degree will not be awarded until all prior balances are paid in full. Registration Hold A hold will be placed on student accounts with outstanding balances, preventing registration for future terms.

Important Reminder

Students are strongly encouraged to monitor their account regularly and resolve any outstanding balances prior to the posted deadlines to avoid delays in registration or graduation.
