Welcome to the Office of Student Account Services

The Office of Student Account Services is where you go to take care of payments to the University, to coordinate a payment plan or to get any refunds owed to you. On these pages you’ll find information on policies, procedures and deadlines that will help you find answers to key questions you may have.

The Office is also charged with ensuring that students have met their financial obligations to the University before permitting registration for classes, moving into campus residences, receiving bookstore authorizations or getting an official transcript. Settling your accounts is also required before you can graduate.

Important Dates To Remember

Financial Clearance and Payment Deadlines for 2024-2025 Prior Year Balance Payment Requirements
  • Official Deadline for Clearing Financial Obligations for Fall 2024: Thursday, August 1, 2024. 
  • Last Day to Clear Financial Obligations for Spring 2025: Sunday, December 1, 2024.
  • All students with a prior balance must fulfill their financial obligations before they graduate.
  • All prior balance must be paid in full before you can receive degree.
  • A hold will be placed on all students accounts who have a prior balance to prevent students from registering.
  • Payment plans are available June 1, 2024.
  • The last payment plan payment is due October 20, 2024.
